Job Description: As a Medical Marketing Manager at Brandon J. Broderick, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with medical providers. You will be responsible for fostering relationships with medical facilities, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to educate them on Brandon J. Broderick as well as understanding the practice areas in the communities we service to best facilitate our client’s needs. You will also act as a liaison between the office and the medical provider to streamline communication. The ideal candidate will be a self -motivated, take initiative, technologically competent, charismatic, consistent individual with strong people skills and present themselves in a well-dressed, professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with medical providers within the designated geographical and practice areas.
  • Educate medical providers about the services offered by Brandon J. Broderick.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for medical providers regarding case updates, documentation requirements, and billing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including attorneys and case managers, to understand the need for network expansion.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and other industry-related gatherings to expand the firm's network of medical providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with medical providers, including contact information, meeting notes, etc.
  • Organize and plan their day/week in advance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field. (Preferred)
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the healthcare or legal industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with medical professionals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. (Salesforce Preferred)
  • Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare regulations (Preferred).
  • Willingness to travel within the designated market area, as needed.
Compensation Range:
$80,000$120,000 USD

Benefits: Full Time Employees and Part Time Employees over 30 hours per week
