Richard Embden is an award winning personal injury attorney practicing with the law firm of Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law. Richard specializes in representing seriously injured people within all aspects of personal injury law including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall liability, animal attacks and product liability cases.

Richard is a tenacious litigator, committed to exceeding client expectations and providing the highest level of representation. In law school, Richard took a special interest in advocating for those in underrepresented communities.  He served as a Certified Student Attorney for the Public Defender’s Office Juvenile Division.   He also served as a Law Clerk for the Attorney General Office where he worked on legal matters involving civil rights and consumer protection.
