Justin Day, Esq. is an accomplished employment attorney with the law firm Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law. Justin’s background includes successfully litigating claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, leave laws, and wage & hour in both state and federal courts well as state and federal administrative agencies. 

Justin’s approach begins with listening intently to his clients to understand exactly what occurred and the difficulties each client experienced. From there, Justin develops a litigation strategy unique to each client and explains what is to be expected with every approach. Having previously practiced employment law on behalf of management and employers, Justin is acutely aware of the tactics employers and their attorneys utilize in defending against employment claims.
