Attorney Charles H. Lynch concentrates his practice in the field of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) law at the New Jersey law firm of Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law. Mr. Lynch has the unique experience of having acted as both a PIP arbitrator (DRP) and practitioner giving him a comprehensive understanding of the New Jersey Personal Injury Protection practice. His career includes extensive litigation experience during which he tried complex cases on behalf of both sides of the courtroom.

Charles started his legal career as a Deputy Attorney General under New Jersey Attorney General W. Carey Edwards. From there, he moved into private practice where he has successfully litigated hundreds of cases on behalf of medical practitioners.
