Robert Treat Farm

Adjacent to Long Island Sound, precisely three blocks away, is the family-owned farm and agricultural market known as The Robert Treat Farm. Family cultivation on this property dates back to 1639, when Milford was established, proving that Connecticut's agricultural heritage is still very much present. Our exquisite New England barn serves as the ideal architectural accent for our garden center and farm store. The spring 2008 completion of this post-and-beam, traditional structure supplanted the initial farm stand, which had functioned for a period of six decades. The outdoor environment provides a serene ambiance for your pleasure from April to October. Visiting the Farm page will reveal what we cultivate during each season. Our household is committed to promoting sustainable practices and is invested in the future of Connecticut's agricultural sector.
