LIBERTY HALL MUSEUM
Visit wealth of the past for a day by visiting Liberty Hall. Eventually Livingston became the first governor of New Jersey. Not only is the house known now for being a fifty-room mansion, but it also sports a beautiful garden and garden maze that visitors are welcome to explore.
William Livingston is not the only famous politician to have been in the house. Some of the other "celebrities" that have graced the halls would include George and Martha Washington, Alexander Hamilton, and even Presidents as recent as George H.W. Bush. You and your family can easily spend a day exploring the different areas of the grounds. There are house tours, garden tours, firehouse tours, and visiting exhibitions to enjoy.
